Where does Oven Clean and Green operate?
Oven Clean and Green currently operate throughout the UK. Take a look under the “area” menu tab at the top of the website to see which areas we cover.
How long has Oven Clean and Green been operating?
Oven Clean and Green was started in June 2010, but are part of Cleaner & Clearer that have been operating since the summer of 2007.
Why should I use Oven Clean and Green for my oven cleaning?
This is a fair question. Even though we are a new business, you only pay for the service if you are 100% happy with it. If you are not happy, we will clean your appliance until you are happy with it. that is out commitment to you.
What can Oven Clean and Green do that I can’t do myself?
We don’t doubt that you are able to clean your oven yourself. Do you really want to though? We allow you to get on with the things you care about most and increase the free time you spend with the family. Each appliance gets a complete deep clean and leave them fresh and odour free.
What oven cleaning products do Oven Clean and Green use?
All Oven Clean and Green technicians only use safe and green products in your home. These products have been fully tested and are completely safe around small children and pets.
Can Oven Clean and Green clean ’self-cleaning’ ovens?
No problem. Our products are designed to work hand in hand with your self cleaning oven. However, there are several parts of your oven surface that aren’t self clean. These are the parts we deep clean.
What’s the difference between oven cleaning and oven valeting?
The main difference is time. Oven cleaning typically only requires cleaning what is seen. A bit like putting the car through a car wash. Oven valeting, like car valeting, is more involved as it needs cleaning the areas you do see on a daily basis AND the parts which you don’t such as behind the liners etc. This naturally will take longer which is going to be shown in the fee.
Does oven valeting cost a lot more than merely oven cleaning?
Being honest, no, not really. What does require to be taken into consideration is that oven valeting will leave the oven spotless on the first visit. Oven cleaning won’t reach the same condition. This may possibly mean that your oven will need ‘cleaning’ twice or even three times to obtain somewhere near the normal that Oven Clean and Green achieve the first time. So although the fee for perfection will be higher, your oven won’t need to have a second or third treatment so quickly. Therefore, oven valeting will really cost LESS within the medium to long term!!
Are all Oven Clean and Green technicians fully insured?
Yes. All Oven Clean and Green technicians carry full insurance cover.
What other items can Oven Clean and Green clean?
We also clean and valet gas and electric hobs, extractor hoods, microwave ovens and good quality BBQs. We provide a vast collection of traditional stove services like of Aga Cleaning.
How often will my oven need professional cleaning?
This really does depend on how often the oven is used and what is cooked in it. An oven that may be regularly used to cook fatty meats will will need far more regular visits than an oven that is certainly perhaps applied once a week to warm through ‘ready meals’.
Quite a few clients use the Oven Clean and Green service twice a year but this is by no means ’standard’. We will be there when you need to have us again and we will write to you once or twice a year to remind you of the date of our last visit.
Your Oven Clean and Green technician will give you high quality advice about repeat visits when at your premises. Please remember that our procedure will get the job done correctly the first time so a repeat ‘oven cleaning’ within weeks won’t be needed!!
